the air conditioning works well and the room was spacious and comfortable. Although the location is a distance from the city center, the nearby MRT station makes getting around easy and fast. the hotel provides a storage room for bags.
Some aspects of the room were a bit old and dated which detracted from the overall experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing me with maps and extra ideas on what to visit in the city. The location was very convenient, as it was close to the MRT station. This made it easy for me to explore the area and see the sights. The hotel was also clean and had good facilities.
Everything was fantastic.

The beds in the hotel were extremely comfortable and aircon was cool, perfect for escaping the scorching heat outside. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing extra pillows upon request. the storage room for bags was super helpful when we arrived early and had to wait for check-in. the hotel also had a balcony with a nice city view. Wifi was fast.
The hotel location may not be optimal for those wanting easy access to city center. the nearby train station is a one-stop only station and the train can take some time to arrive during odd hours.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked the comfort of the king-sized bed in my room. Also, the fast Wi-Fi available in the room and throughout the hotel was a great advantage for staying connected. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient since it was close to public transportation and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.
I disliked the fact that there were no additional facilities beyond the basic amenities offered in the room. Also, I had issues with the bathroom being too wet due to a possible leak in the bathtub. Furthermore, the morning staff spoke little English which made communication difficult.
